IMPROVING BUSINESS PERFORMANCE

"South West Water Ltd first adopted IIP in the year 2000 as a means of benchmarking ourselves against other similar organisation, once again we were re-accredited in March 2009 and were delighted to attain Silver Status. This achievement clearly demonstrates the company's commitment to it's most important asset, our people, the continuous improvement journey has been an exciting time and the benefits gained are clearly evident. We shall continue the journey with our sights firmly fixed on Gold." South West Water

Additional Recognition for Additional Achievement

The new approach to Investors in People introduces three higher levels of achievement within the framework.

In addition to the Standard, organisations can now achieve Bronze, Silver or Gold levels, reflecting the number of evidence requirements your organisation has met, depending on your own organisation’s needs and objectives.

The Standard consists of 39 evidence requirements and all organisations need to meet all 39 in order to be recognised as an Investor in People. Organisations who meet 65 evidence requirements will be recognised as Investors in People Bronze, 115 evidence requirements for Investors in People Silver and 165 evidence requirements for Investors in People Gold.

This new approach enables you to look at your organisation’s specific requirements that link more in line with your needs. You can select evidence requirements from right across the framework to achieve a cumulative score.

Your achievement will be reflected in the Investors in People certificate and plaque that you will receive and in the logo you will be entitled to use.
