You will already be reaping the many advantages that come with recognition and to ensure you continue to benefit from these over the long term, your organisation must be reviewed at least once every three years.

The New Approach from Investors in People

We have developed a more personalised way for you to work with Investors in People. The new approach begins by identifying your organisation's unique needs and then maps these to the Investors in People framework. This subtle but powerful shift in emphasis means you can now use Investors in People to focus on your chosen organisational objectives, whatever they may be, rather than the requirements of the Investors in People Standard. 

Review Options
