Internal Review - An Introduction
Internal Review provides an option for organisations to develop an internal team of people which can help the organisation achieve and continue to work with the Investors in People framework.
Internal Review involves training a team of people from within the organisation who will be able to contribute to the evidence collection process by undertaking interviews of a selection of staff under the guidance and management of the appointed Managing Assessor. Internal Reviewers can also facilitate interim ‘health checks’ as and when required to monitor continuous development and provide feedback on a wider range of people and performance management subjects – forming a vital asset in quality management.
