Rolling Review - An Introduction
A more flexible way of undertaking your Investors in People Review is to graduate it over the 3 year period. This means that you can have specific areas assessed at certain times until, by the time your three year assessment is due, most or all of it has already taken place. You would pay for each stage at the time it takes place so cashflow is another advantage.
You can discuss Rolling Review with your Assessor who will help you to come up with a strategy that will suit your organisation.
