Experience – Over 20 years experience in managing and delivering quality accreditation services for a range of awarding bodies. Amanda has extensive experience in both the legal advice and not for profit sector and is passionate about client’s accessing advice services. Having previously worked in the legal sector, Amanda currently manages national contracts on behalf of:
- The Money Advice Service (MAS)
o Quality Framework
o Peer Review Scheme
- The Advice Services Alliance (ASA)
o Advice Quality Standard (AQS).
Amanda’s pragmatic and hands on approach to contract management provides intrinsic knowledge and insight into the assessment process for licensing bodies, whilst ensuring that that assessment model places the client at the centre of the journey resulting in a practical and reliable assessment model which adds value at every stage. Quality, consistency, rigour and impartiality of the assessment process is maintained at all levels.
Expertise –Contract mobilisation, implementation and ongoing management, quality assurance and relationship management with clients and key stakeholders in the legal and not for profit advice sector.
