Experience: Liz has over 20 years of experience in quality assuring quality standards on behalf of stakeholders in the not for profit, legal and private sector. Liz is fervent about supporting organisations and charities to implement quality frameworks and achieve accreditation, ultimately providing a seamless customer experience. Liz continues to assess organisations herself this ensures she continues to stay abreast of the challenges faced by clients, using the knowledge gained to feed into their ongoing development.
Expertise: Key areas of expertise include developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, performance managing external quality standard assessors, developing client support tools and resources, stakeholder engagement and contract management.

Lucie Rainford
Project Co-ordinator | MaPS DEBT ADVICE QUALITY FRAMEWORK
Based: St Neots Office
Experience: With over 7 years’ experience with Recognising Excellence administering assessment activities for quality standards, Lucie is the first point of contact for all DAPA assessment activities, working closely with both debt providers and our team of Assessors.
Expertise: Co-ordination of all aspects of the assessment process, in line with the specifications of MaPS.

Assessor Team
Recognising Excellence utilises the skills of a pool of Assessors, working on a freelance subcontract basis ensuring full geographical coverage across the country. Each member of the team was specifically chosen for their experience and knowledge of the debt advice sector and experience of assessing against quality standards. Each was subject to an extensive process of training and mentoring prior to deployment. Mentoring and quality assurance activities continue to this day to ensure consistency of application across the team.
