The process of the audit ran very smoothly. We were contacted well in advance and had been given enough time to consider any changes since the previous audit and the changes that we had to make in process etc due to the coronavirus pandemic. Everything was clear and well explained adnd the assessor was very responsive with any questions that we had regarding criteria etc . The agenda was realistic and specific and the assessor made the team feel at ease which was helpful (particularly to a newer member of staff that had not experienced audits before).
