It is very stressful getting ready for an audit, but actually the process was beneficial, it made us look at our processes and evaluate how we run our business. The auditor was incredibly helpful and appreciated the difficulties we have running a small business and he was very accommodating. it was also really good to get positive as well as negative feedback, because at least you feel someone has evaluated your processes as a whole, rather than simply looked to make sure you ensure minimum compliance. thank you, the service was superb.
