C2E Diversity Assured Accreditation

The Equality Act 2010 (Equality Bill 2009) was passed by Parliament on 8th April 2010, with the main provision of the Act taking effect in October 2010. This encompasses:

• Age
• Disability
• Gender re-assignment
• Marriage & Civil Partnership
• Pregnancy & maternity
• Race
• Religion or belief
• Sex and Sexual orientation

In order to deliver these goals Committed2Equality (C2E) was set up to assist and assess all sizes of organisation from any sector within the United Kingdom and record commitment on The National Equality Register.

Recognising Excellence is the provider of choice in the South West to deliver the C2E Diversity Assured Accreditation™ Programme.

How much does it cost?  This will depend on the number of employees you have and the number of sites that you wish to be accredited.
