3 SIMPLE STEPS TO SUCCESS

Step 1

We will appoint one of our experienced consultants to your organisation who will arrange a FREE OF CHARGE appointment to visit you at your business premises. They will discuss your business and its processes with you, ensuring that they fully understand how your business works.

Step 2

If you wish to proceed, they will carry out a Gap Analysis, working with and including your existing business processes. Upon completion, your consultant will explain where the gaps are (if any) in meeting the requirements and can then help you draw up an action plan to quickly resolve them. The amount of work that you want the consultant to do is entirely up to you but some of the things they could do to help are:

• Writing of your Quality Manual
• Writing of your Quality Procedures
• Deliver Quality awareness sessions to staff
• Train your Internal Auditors
• Conduct Internal Audits/Management Review

During this implementation process your consultant will be on hand to offer you 'Straight Forward' advice and support by phone, e-mail or in person at your premises.

Step 3

When, and only when, you are happy with your system and are confident that you have implemented any necessary changes, we can help you book your Assessment with a UKAS accredited Certification Body.
