Assessment Verification

Your report will be verified by the RE Quality Manager and then sent to the MaPS for the assessment recommendation.

Accreditation

nce any remedial actions have been addressed and MaPS agree with the assessor’s decision of accreditation then you will be sent a certificate to confirm accreditation. Publication on MaPS website.

Initial Assessment

Assessment and mapping exercise completed, and interim findings shared with applicant (e.g. if remedial action is required)

Allocation of Assessor

An experienced assessor will be allocated to you and he/she will contact you to introduce themselves and to plan the assessment.

Annual Visits

Annual visits are required yearly to confirm accreditation, these are usually shorter that the Initial Assessment. Every 3rd year you need to undergo a Full Re-Assessment

Accreditation

Once any corrective actions have been actioned and the Law Society agree with the assessor’s decision of accreditation then you will be sent a certificate to confirm accreditation.
