All other contact details including telephone and email remain as before and there is no change to our office opening hours.
As a business, and with consideration to our environmental policy, we continue to operate a remote working model, and therefore our preferred method of contact continues to be primarily via email and telephone, both of which enable a quicker and more effective response service to our valued customers.
Also, with effect from 10th October, we have taken the decision to no longer accept payments via cheque. This decision has not been made lightly and is with consideration to the difficulties faced across the country in accessing a local high street banking branch office. Our preferred methods of payment include online bank transfer and CHAPS. Should our decision create any challenges for your business, please do get in touch with our central team to explore alternative options.
